Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
7 days’ notice is required to cancel a booking and received a refund in full. If a booking is cancelled 24 hours prior to booked arrival no refunds will be able to be processed after this time.
If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival the first night’s confirmation deposit is the cancellation charge.
Refunds will NOT be provided for “no shows”.
If you are arriving a day late due to unforeseen circumstances please let us know and we will do our best to forward the booking subject to availability.
