If cancellation occurs less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date return of the deposit (less the $50 administration fee) is subject to the reservation being re-sold at its full original value. If the booking cannot be re-sold (fully or partially) Gisborne Peak Winery will retain the deposit of one nights accommodation and the balance of any full payment will be refunded. Cancellation less than 7 days from arrival date will result in retention of all monies paid subject to the reservation being re-sold at its full original value. No-show will trigger liability for the full amount of your reservation.
