Highleigh Farm is a relaxed, family and pet friendly caravan park nestled at the foothills of the iconic Walsh’s Pyramid. Surrounded by working cane farms and lush native gardens, our park caters to self-contained campers with spacious, big rig friendly sites - each equipped with power and water connections.
Just 20 minutes from Cairns CBD, Highleigh Farm is the perfect base to explore the Cairns region. Enjoy our communal area featuring a mini pump track, BBQ shelter, firepit, and plenty of open space for kids to play and pets to stretch their legs. For added peace of mind, the campground is securely fenced and gated.
Please Note: Shower and toilet facilities are not available onsite, all campers must be fully self-contained with appropriate grey/black water storage facilities onboard. The nearest dump point is only minutes away at the Greenpatch Campground.

Cancellation Policy
Changes & Cancellations • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $25 administration fee per site. • Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will forfeit the first night’s tariff. Any remaining balance will be refunded. • No refunds are provided for early departures or inclement weather.
Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: From 2:00pm (Check-in closes at 6:00pm)
• Check-out: By 10:00am on day of departure

Deposits & Payments
• Full payment is required at the time of booking for all online reservations.
• Rates are based on two adults; surcharges apply for additional occupants.
• Infants under 3 years stay free.
• Minimum stays may apply during peak seasons.
• Prices are current at the time of booking and subject to change without notice.
• Bookings from minors are not accepted.
Guest General Rules:
• Communal area is open between 7am & 10pm
• Please avoid the use of spotlights or high beam lights within the park
• All grey and black water must be disposed of responsibly. The closest disposal point is located at Greenpatch Campground.
General Conditions:
• Management reserves the right to amend prices, site allocations, and conditions at any time without notice.
• We will do our best to accommodate site preferences, but they are not guaranteed and subject to availability.
• Children and infants must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Motorised equipment (e.g. electric bikes, scooters, skateboards, and remote-controlled toys) is not permitted, with the exception of mobility scooters and motorised wheelchairs.
• Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage caused to park property or facilities during their stay.
