Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 14 days or less prior to arrival – a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking will apply to all bookings.
Cancellations 14 to 30 days prior to arrival – a cancellation fee of 50% of total booking will apply to all bookings.
Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival – a administration fee of $50 for cabins & $20 for sites will apply to all bookings.
Cancellations for Peak period after full balance has been paid will incur a fee of 100% of the booking.
No refunds will be offered after the final payment date (1st September) for October Peak Bookings
No refunds will be offered after the final payment date (1st November) for Christmas Peak Bookings
No refunds will be offered after the final payment date (1st March) for Easter Peak Bookings
Refunds are unavailable for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date or due to; early departures, no shows, change of mind, inclement weather, or where clients are asked to leave the park for breaching park rules.

Holiday Haven Ulladulla is located in the Shoalhaven on the New South Wales south coast.
From Nowra head south on the Princes Highway. Drive for approximately 65 km. Enter Ulladulla and stay on the Princes Highway and look for signs to the town centre. Turn left onto Wason Street, then turn right onto Did Dell Street. Follow this short street to the end—Holiday Haven Ulladulla is located at 14 Did Dell Street, near the water’s edge.
