The Daintree Ecolodge is located 110 kilometres north of Cairns (90 minutes) and 45 kilometres north of Port Douglas (40 minutes) via sealed roads.

Directions

Access to the Ecolodge is via a 90 minute drive from Cairns to the Daintree on one of Australia’s most spectacular drives. Departing Cairns, head north on the Captain Cook Highway along a stunning coastal drive passing Port Douglas, Mossman and Daintree Village. The Ecolodge is nestled on the southern banks of the impressive Daintree River. A ferry crossing is not required to get here.

Self-driving is recommended while transfers can be arranged upon request.

Given our remote location the best way to explore is by car – free onsite parking is available for all guests. Alternatively, there are a range of guided tours available which pick up from the Ecolodge should you wish not to have a car during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation with more than 30 days notice - no charge applies full refund of deposit excluding credit card surcharges which are non refundable.
Cancellation 30 or less days prior to scheduled arrival - full reservation charges apply and no refund provided.
No refunds are available for early departure or services not used.
