Check-in is strictly between 10am and 4.00pm Monday-Friday and between 9am and 1pm Saturday, unless prior arrangements have been made.
All Reservations must be paid in full at the time of making the Booking.
Cancellations 7 days or more before the booked date will receive a refund minus a $15 administration fee. Cancellations 7 days or less before the booked date will not be refunded.
For individual reservations, date changes can be made 7 days or more before arrival. Please contact us directly via phone or email to arrange your new dates, which must be within 6 months of the original booking.
Group bookings must supply 28 days notice for cancellation or change of dates.
The $15 administration fee will apply to each cancelled booking.
No refunds for no-shows early departures or inclement weather.
No refunds for guests ejected from the property for contravening site rules.
Charges will apply for any damage or extra cleaning required.
