Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED if booking is cancelled within 5 days of arrival or if you don't show up. If you cancel before the cancellation period starts you will be entitled to a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, long weekends and events (Mayfield event, Spartan)
DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED if booking is cancelled within 10 days of arrival or if you don't show up. – If you cancel before the cancellation period starts you will be entitled to a refund minus $20 cancellation fee.
Bathurst, Christmas (Dec 16th - Jan 2nd) and Easter 4 day weekend (Deposit must be paid to secure spot)
All sites and accommodation must be fully paid 3 weeks prior to arrival date. NO REFUNDS anytime after initial payment has been made.
