Directions
Hervey Bay is a 3½ hour drive north of Brisbane, on the east coast travellers route between Sydney and Cairns. Oz Experience or any of the major coach operators have daily transfers to and from Hervey Bay. Also accessible via rail and direct flights from Brisbane and Sydney.
The Sunshine Coast is approximately 2½ hours drive south of Hervey Bay and 2 hours south of Rainbow Beach.
COACH PICK-UP / DROP OFF TIMES
Courtesy coach transfers are available from your commercial accommodation. Approximate pick up and drop off times are listed below, with specific times for each location to be confirmed at the time of booking.
Hervey Bay: pick ups from 7.20 - 8.10am / drop off next day from 5.00 - 5.30pm.
Rainbow Beach: pick ups from 7.00 - 7.20am / drop off next day from 4.30 - 5.00pm. Please note this location is affected by severe tidal changes and pick-up times are varied accordingly. Please reconfirm your pick-up time prior to your tour departure date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Bookings cancelled more than 48 hrs prior to departure will incur no cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 24 - 48 hrs prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled less than 24 hrs prior to departure or failure to board the tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Non utilised components not refunded.
