Booking Alterations, Cancellation and Refunds:
Alterations can only be made to reservations if more than fourteen (14) days’ notice of the arrival date is given and are subject to availability. Pricing is subject to change. Only one alteration can be made per reservation. Once an alteration has been made, if the reservation is then cancelled, no refunds will be given.
Where at least fourteen (14) days’ notice of full or part cancellation has been given, a full refund will apply less a cancellation fee of $50.00.
If a cancellation is made with less than fourteen (14) days’ notice of the reservation arrival date, no refund or credit will be given.
No refund will be given for any no-show reservation/s or early departures.

Rates are non-commissionable for bookings made via tour operators, travel agents and other third parties.
