Payment Terms

• Deposit: 20% of booking value (non-refundable)
• Balance: 30 days prior to arrival
• CC Fees: Visa 1.5% MC 2.8% Amex 3.5%
• Bond: CC Authorisation

Cancellation Terms

• This property has a no-refunds policy unless booking can be replaced. In this case a AUD$100 cancellation fee applies.

Other

• Zero party/event policy. Fines will apply.
