Couples, families of groups can book 1,2 or 3 bedroom cottages or then entire complex. We especially welcome craft groups, church groups, communityn groups and family groups. Enjoy a Break Away from the CIty.
Lavendale Country Retreat provides a relaxing Break Away from the City. Each accommodation units is set up for families or couples and have well set up kitchens and full bathrooms. As well as our self contained cottages and units, we have 2 craft rooms available for quilters, crafters and groups of all kinds. These rooms can be used a meeting and dingin rooms for corporate groups and church groups. There is a children's adventure playground and activity room. Our farm animals can be observed in their paddocks. Bush walks along the Avon River. A quick drive to York or Beverley. The stars at nights are stunning.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in time of your booking day will forfeit the full amount. Cancellation more than 7 days but less than 14 days forfeits the deposit. Cancellation greater than 2 weeks will enable a refund of the deposit. For long weekends and groups of more than 2 cottages the notice is doubled. 7 days becomes 14 days 1 week becomes 2 weeks.
All customers shall comply with all Government (Federal and State) COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry into Western Australia or to access the operators property. Where the customer does not meet a vaccination or testing requirement:
Prior to departure from the customers home location the customer will forfeit any and all monies paid;
Where the customer cancels due to travel restrictions other than vaccination or testing requirements the customer will be contacted and offered a refund or credit note (to be used at a later time) where such an offer is at the absolute discretion of the operators. The operators reserve the right to withhold some monies to cover administration expenses and other losses dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the customer.
