PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 25% of total booking value. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit Card Fees apply - 2% Visa/MasterCard. Cleaning Fee - $440. Refundable Bond - $750. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees apply. Deposit is non-refundable. If your booking is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival and is not rebooked no refund is provided. If the property is rebooked for the same dates and value a refund will be provided minus a $350 admin fee applies. No Shows are treated as cancellations. OTHER TERMS: This operator has a strict no party policy. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
