We welcome you to Little Shangri-La B&B is tucked away in a unique bush setting nestled in a quiet leafy suburb of Busselton. We are only a short drive away from the town centre of Busselton where there are many different places to dine. Also near the town is the famous Busselton Jetty located on the foreshore where free BBQ's are provided for those wanting to take in the view of Geographe Bay whilst eating. At Little Shangri-La we pride ourselves in that we offer a very personable service to our guests making them feel warm and welcome the moment they arrive. We have found that more and more travellers that used to stay in motels are now seeking more of a family feel by staying with a family B&B. Our breakfasts are a delightful continental style served in the private dining room. Or for added fee, for those wanting more of a larger breakfast we can cook up a hot breakfast of your choice. With a little notice we also invite guests to dine with us in the evenings if they wish and the price is per head and quoted at the time of request. We have a wood fired oven that can cook pizzas or roasts or just about anything, we also offer fine dining of authentic Cantonese cuisine. Lisa and Daniel will always welcome you with a big friendly smile and open hearts.

Little Shangri-La B&B is a family run business offer a warm and friendly feel to our guests.


Located in a bush setting In Country Road estate but just on the outskirts of town our guests are assured of a good night's rest.


The accommodation units have their own ensuite, air conditioning, TV's with Netflix and Youtube, WIFI is available as is tea and coffee making facilities. The queen size beds are really comfy and best of all, it's so very quiet at night.


It is recommend that a morning walk around the garden or a stroll along the footpaths through the Estate before settling down to a hearty breakfast.


Being so close to Margaret River has it's advantages, only an easy 30 minute drive gets you there so many guests use us as a hub. They stay the night, have a nice breakfast and explore the what the region has to offer and then return to a hassle free, quiet environment to rest and do it all again the next day.

We are approximately 4km's from the town centre, and so it's a few minutes to drive or a nice easy walk to restaurants and eating places, the jetty is close by the centre of town.
We are 20 minutes from Yallingup and Dunsborough and an easy 30 minute drive to Margaret River.
