PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 30% of total booking value. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Operator Fee applies - $35. Credit Card Fees apply - 1.08% Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Diners. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees apply. 120-31 days prior to arrival - loss of all money paid unless the property is re-let for the same period and similar amount. A $100 cancellation fee applies if the property is re-let. Guest can elect to move the booking to a later date (within the following 3 months of the original arrival date) at the same property only. 30 days or less prior to arrival - no refund. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
