We’re about tasting, touching and smelling the city, about hearing the tales straight from the people who live there. And about seeing the world in a whole new way.
At Urban Adventures, we firmly believe local travel is one of the best ways we can support responsible tourism. In fact, we believe it so strongly that we’ve made it our entire business! All the stops on our tours are at independent, family run businesses or social enterprises.

Urban Adventures was launched by Intrepid Travel in October 2009, with the purpose of creating a new, innovative style of single-day travel experiences. These tours take travellers away from touristic norms to local areas, where they can really connect with a destination and its people.
Urban Adventures are still 100% owned by the The Intrepid Group, the world's largest B-Corporation certified travel company, and are truly a global company with teams in over 150 cities around the world.
We offer a range of food and drink tours, sightseeing, shopping, neighbourhood and social impact tours. All of our tours are available as a join-in group tour or a private tour and we also offer custom or tailor-made tours.
Our group tours are all small groups departing with a minimum of 1 person and a maximum of 12 so as to give our guests a personable and tailored experience. We also have a range of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) products upon request.
We now also offer a hire-a-guide product where guests are able to hire a guide for between 1-8 hours and receive a tailor-made itinerary to suit their desires and needs.

For full refund cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the tour start time.
Within 24 hours of start time no refund will be granted.
