Escape and relax in one of our beautiful cosy cottages, with all the comforts of home. Be greeted with a warm welcome and delicious home made muffins. Plenty of enjoyment for all the family. Pets welcome by arrangement only. $10 per pet per night, bedding can be provided. Cottages not fenced. Dogs not to be left alone at property. On leash walking around farm due to animals.
Our Country Cottages are a home away from home with the "personal touch", ideal for singles, couples or large groups. Lake and valley views, (Lake and Autumn Mist) adjoining forest walks, rural views, lovely birdlife. Friendly and informative hosts, warmest of welcomes. Friendly farm animals and activities for the kids.

1) Misty Valley Country Cottages WILL NOT accept bookings with arrival or departure dates on Christmas Day 25th December, Boxing Day 26th December or New Years Day 1st January so please ensure that your dates extend to include these days or are booked to arrive or depart either side of them.

Directions
13 km from town along Scotsdale Road, turn right into Hovea Road (sign posted as Misty Valley Cottages). 2nd Driveway on right, (see sign in paddock). Stop at the 1st building on the left for directions to your cottage.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: -
1) Min 2 nights stay required with the exception of school holidays and long weekends.
2) Min 5 nights for school holidays and min 3 nights for long weekends.
3) Full refund less $30.00 administration fee if cancelling within 14 days prior to booking.
4) During peak periods - if cancelling 7 days prior to booking then the full amount will not be refunded unless we can re- book it for the same amount of nights.
5) Note that the Booking Agent (eg. Visitor Centre) may also levy a cancellation fee - see booking agent terms and conditions.

2) In the event that you endeavour to make a booking that does not meet the above mentioned criteria you will be contacted by the Denmark Visitor Centre Staff to amend your dates accordingly to maintain your booking or you may opt at this time to cancel and obtain a full refund less any costs incurred by the booking agent. The costs may include but not limited to administration and credit card fees.
