No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the commencement of a service.
•50% refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the commencement of a service.
•100% refund for cancellations more than 48 hours prior to the commencement of a service.
Cancellation of Cruise Policy:
If for any reason such as bad weather a cruise is cancelled Whale Watching Sydney will offer to rebook those tickets on another cruise of the same value or will provide a full refund.
