Please note: The airport you need to go to for a tour is on the description of your flight.
Eg:
Pink Lake from Kalbarri, means you need to go to the Kalbarri airport
Pink lake from Geraldton, means you need to go to the Geraldton airport.
Geraldton and Kalbarri are 2 hours apart. If you have booked a flight from the wrong place, please contact us as soon as possible to give us the opportunity to help you. Calling 1 hour before your flight may lead to disappointment. The Kalbarri Terminal is the only building at the airport that can be accessed from the carpark and your pilot will meet you there. At Geraldton our Terminal is near the Entrance of the airports and has signs saying "Geraldton Air Charter", please do not go to the domestic terminal.
Cancellation Policy
NATIONWEST AVIATION PTY LTD CANCELLATION POLICY
If customer/s cancel within 7 days of tour date No Refund will be given. If customer/s cancel 7 plus days of tour date a 25% cancellation fee applies. No Refunds are offered if customer/s miss tour due to lateness. Tours are subject to minimum numbers. If minimum numbers are not met on the day of the tour an alternate date will be offered or a refund issued. Flights cancelled by the operator due to weather conditions will be refunded if an alternate time cannot be arranged. Flight times may be delayed due to weather conditions or other factors. Flights that can be taken on the day of the original tour are considered delayed not cancelled and No refund will be given.

***ABROLHOS ISLAND LANDING FEE –
Flights landing on Abrolhos Island now incur a required landing fee.
This is a DBCA fee (Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions).
If you are booking a flight that has an Abrolhos Island LANDING, you will be required to pay $11 per person. *** This fee is a separate charge and is NOT inclusive in the flight payment.
You will be contacted by Nationwest Aviation via email/phone and invoiced payment before departure.

CHILD POLICY
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Infant 0-12 months free sitting on a parent’s knee, maximum 1 infant free of charge per booking. Child price applicable to children 1-12 years and under 38 kilograms.
MINIMUM & MAXIMUM NUMBERS
Minimum and maximum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if minimum passenger numbers is not met and in the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
CARRY-ON LUGGAGE
On Scenic Flights Each passenger is allowed 1 carry-on bag with a maximum 3 kilograms in weight.
For Overnight tours; We can carry a maximum of 15kg bag + 5kg carry on per person.
If travelling with children up to 38kg, we can take a 30kg bag per child for a family of up to 4 people. For families of 5 the 15kg + 5kg maximum applies. Soft bags are preferred. If your baggage is oversized, you can repack into the supplied bag/s. Fishing rods up to 2m can be taken on board but please remove all hooks. Empty decommissioned dive tanks can be taken on board. No dangerous goods allowed.
LATE PASSENGER POLICY
Passengers are required to be at the Terminal 30 minutes prior to their flight. When entering the terminal, a safety video will be playing and pre-flight forms will be available to fill out. Please be advised that passengers who are late and have not completed watching the safety video and filling out the pre-flight forms, before the time of boarding (15 minutes prior to the take off time) will either be marked as a no-show or need to pay a late boarding fee. This is to ensure that the flight can go ahead and other passengers are not put at a disadvantage.
PASSENGER WEIGHT
All passenger weights MUST be advised prior to travel. The pilot will weigh passengers if they deem that advised weights are incorrect.
Unlike other Scenic Flight operators, Nationwest Aviation / Kalbarri Scenic Flights does not have a Max weight limit for passengers. However, due to some aircraft having a maximum seat weight of 120kgs, tickets available through online booking are capped at a total passenger weight of 120kgs. If someone in your party is over 119kgs, please call our booking line to discuss booking options.
For our pregnant customers, we welcome you on our flights. However, we do ask that you provide us with a doctors certificate confirming that it is safe for you to fly.
COVID CONDITIONS
Please note that all flights are under both State and Federal COVID regulations including;
Masks, and
Vaccinations
Passengers are required to abide by the Government regulations as at the time of their flight. Passengers who do not meet the Government requirements, will not be permitted on the flights, and will forfeit their ticket without refund.
Passengers who have an exemption for a COVID regulation must provide a copy (either electronic or hard) for our files.
RAT tests may be requested by staff at any time, for the safety and health of our passengers and pilots. Refusal to complete a RAT test requested by staff will result in the passenger forfeiting their ticket without refund.
