Cancellation Policy
Within 14 days prior to arrival, no cancellations, no refunds, no dates changes are allowed and 100% cancellation fees apply.
Photo identification and a valid credit card for pre-authorisation will be required upon your arrival at Noosa Heads Motel for check in. A credit card pre-authorisation will be taken and will be used to cover incidental items. Cash is NOT an acceptable form of bond when staying with Noosa Heads Motel.
Reception hours are 8:30am – 6pm. If you are arriving outside these hours please contact reception via email or phone to arrange after hours key collection.
Please note that a $50 lockout fee will apply for re-entry if guests lock themselves out of their room.
10am departure and 2pm arrival.
