Old Byora Vineyard Wollombi

The homestead has a large sunlit living space which includes the kitchen, breakfast bar, dining and lounge. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a spacious breakfast bar for you to chill out at while someone else cooks. Our guests love opening up the glass bi-folding doors to the deck and entertaining area just outside the kitchen. The deck has beautiful views out over the vineyard, creek flats and mountains of Wollombi. Back inside, the living space includes large comfy lounges, large fireplace and dining table.

The homestead has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, underfloor heating (heaven on the feet), polished hardwood timber floors, ornate archways, pressed metal ceilings and many more tasteful features. Guests find the communal areas of this property extremely comfortable and well catered for.

All the bedrooms have comfy beds, quality linen and are meticulously cleaned.

The main bedroom is set in the original 1820's sandstone component of the homestead complete with hardwood timber floors, a large open fireplace, living room and its own ensuite. The main bedroom opens out to a private north facing verandah.

Bedroom 1 Is a large room with Bathroom & large fireplace and 2 Sofa Beds
Bedroom 2 has an ensuite Bathroom with dual access through the laundry, and built in-robes with access to the rear verandah.
Bedroom 3 has a ensuite Bathroom which also has access to Bedroom 4 and is shared with Bedroom 5
