Together with a diverse range of optional experiences and the chance to explore the secluded acreage, a stay here makes for the most memorable visitor experience.

Sleeping up to 8 guests, the Old Coach Road Estate villa has 3 king bedrooms and a double sofa bed. The villa is only available for short-term holiday rental, as self-contained accommodation. There is a 2-night minimum year-round.

When driving from Mt Compass: continue on from central Mt Compass for another 12km. Then turn right (west) off the Adelaide-Victor Road into Pambula Road. (Pambula Road is halfway between Victor Harbor and Mt Compass and please take extra care at this intersection- it’s a nasty one!) At 1.5km along Pambula Rd from the Adelaide Victor Road, turn left into Old Coach Road.

At 1km from the corner with Pambula Road is a “103” marker on the left side on Old Coach Road. There you will see wooden entry gates leading to the OCRE driveway. Please drive in through the wooden gates, past the old farm machinery, down to the villa.

Cancellation Policy

•All areas both inside and outside of the villa are strictly non-smoking.
•SA fire restrictions (cfs.sa.gov.au ) must be followed at all times.
•A two night minimum stay applies to all bookings, with longer minimum stays over long weekends and holiday periods.
•Contact details and photo ID is required for the guest making the booking.
•A booking can be made upon 50% payment, with the remaining 50% required to be paid at least 7 days prior to check-in.
•Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival and 90% refund applies to any cancellation within 6 days prior to arrival.
•Prior authorisation is required for all people entering the property. A contact phone number for the owner of each parked car will also be required.
•The loop driveway is to remain clear at all times, with a maximum of 4 cars parked near the villa. A larger parking area is available should more than 4 cars be on-site at any one time.
•OCRE is unsuitable for children under the age of 12 years and a maximum of 8 people at any one time is allowed on the property.
•Parties, events and "schoolies" bookings are not allowed.
•OCRE is unsuitable for pets but assistance dogs are allowed by prior arrangement.
•The villa must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning will attract additional charge.
•Check-in time is from 3:00pm and check-out time is by 11:00am.
•Please contact Angela on 04 6669 5311 to arrange for your key collection for check-in (lock-box available).
•OCRE is ideal for 6 guests with its 3 king bedrooms. However 8 guests may stay with 2 people sharing the double sofa bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 can be set up as 2 singles if required by arrangement at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
•You acknowledge that your stay at OCRE is unsupervised and that there are inherent risks in bushwalking and being in close contact with native and farm animals. Your stay and your guests' stay at OCRE is at your and their own risk.
•OCRE disclaims all liability for any loss or damage suffered while staying at the property.
•OCRE is self-catering accommodation and does not include a housekeeping service although such servicing can be arranged for long stays.
•External security CCTV cameras are on site.
•Due to bushfire risk the use of the external fireplace is only allowed with prior discussion and agreement by the OCRE Manager
•Guests and visitors may be required to either;
oprovide evidence of having received full vaccination against COVID-19 or
oprovide evidence of a recent negative PCR or Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) for COVID-19
