If arriving by bus we are diagonally opposite the Cremorne Junction Bus Stop.
Reception Hours: 8am - 9pm Mon - Thurs, 8am - 10pm Fri - Sat, 8am - 6pm Sun. Please estimate your time of arrival on the booking form. Arrival outside these times, as well as on-site parking, must be arranged prior to arrival. Self parking is available at $35 per car per night. (parking space is subject to availability)
Cancellation Policy
Property policies:
Check in time is 2 pm on day of arrival. Early arrival before 2 pm is subject to availability on day of arrival. It cannot be guaranteed.
Check out time is 10 am on the day of departure. Late check out at 11 am subject to availability on day of departure.
An additional nights accommodation rate applies to check out after 3 pm
Rates generally cover 2 adults.
Payment and deposit information:
A credit card guarantee is required on booking NOTE: your card will be processed by the Hotel on check in. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations on declined credit cards. On special events the Hotel will process the total cost of your accommodation using the credit card details provided and the record of charge number for the transaction will be returned by email.
If you are settling your account with a credit card please note that a credit card transaction fee will apply. Current fee is 1.5% for Visa/MasterCard/Bankcard and 3.5% for AMEX/Diners. Payments by cash or EFTPOS do not attract transaction fees. Note: these rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation:
Cancellation inside 2 days prior to arrival - a cancellation fee of the first nights accommodation will apply.
Cancellation more than 2 days prior to arrival - a $5.00 or 2.5% of the actual booking whichever is greater will be charged as an administration fee.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be given for early check outs.
Extra Guests and Children
The rates are based on your selections chosen for adults and children. Children (2 years and under) are accommodated free of charge in existing bedding when sharing with 2 adults. Children rates apply for children aged between 3 and 12 years.
