You must be at least 18 years of age to check in and register for a room.

A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. An authorization (per stay) in the amount of AUD $1 (credit card) or security deposit of AUD $100 (cash) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.

The resort accepts Eftpos Visa MasterCard American Express and Discover credit cards and cash. Pre-paid cards checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.

Payments made by credit cards for bookings will incur a credit card service fee of 0.9% in addition to the amount payable.

There is an extra person fee of AUD $45 (adult) and $30 (child).

Pets are not permitted.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.


Deposit Policy
An advance deposit equal to a minimum of one (1) night stay is due at time of booking depending on the type of reservation. The remaining balance of the reservation is due at time of check-in. Select packages and non-refundable rate plans may require full payment in advance which will require the entire amount being charged to your credit card at time of booking. Payments made by credit cards for bookings will incur a credit card service fee of 0.9% in addition to the amount payable


Cancellation Policy
Except for Holidays Special Events and reservations booked under certain promotional codes reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled check-in. Reservations cancelled less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled check-in will be charged an amount equal to the first (1st) night’s stay. No-shows and reservations booked under certain non-refundable promotional codes as identified at the time of your reservation will not receive any refunds for advance deposits or payments made. Please consult your confirmation letter for reservation type and cancellation details.
