It is the perfect location for couples who may be looking for that special place to enjoy a honeymoon, anniversary, birthday or simply to spend some valuable one on one time together. Equally, it offers a peaceful and luxurious retreat for couples and individuals from the hectic pace of today's world.
Your private Villa is fully self contained and offers an indulgent escape from the outside world. Contemporary in design and boasting a large undercover verandah complete with spa and spectacular views of the surrounding ranges, it has all the amenities and features you would require.
Our pool area is a popular place to unwind. Have a dip, or perhaps just lie down and read a book or magazine from our complimentary collection.
A quality BBQ is also provided at the pool area for your exclusive use as well as a large undercover Gazebo.
In our rainforest, you may wish to do nothing whilst listening only to the sounds of the wildlife who call this magical place home. A short walk along one of our walking trails will get you there.
On a clear evening, the night sky can be a spectacular backdrop to the millions of stars and planets above. For people living in the cities and suburbs, this can be long forgotten experience. Similarly, in the more humid times of the year, you will probably see hundreds of fireflies flashing in and around the vegetation just after dusk each night.
Seclude also has a rich biodiversity. There is an enormous variety of birds to experience for the birdwatcher and in fact just about every form of wildlife in the region can be found here. Wallabies, kangaroos, goannas, bandicoots and occasionally dingoes can be found wandering around the property. Just watching a Joey inside its mothers pouch in the wild is a worthwhile experience for most.

From Proserpine:
Turn into Shute Harbour Rd. and travel towards Airlie Beach. Before getting to Airlie Beach, turn right at Conway Rd. (sometimes called Conway Beach Rd.). Turn left at Saltwater Creek Rd. Seclude is exactly 6.37 Km along Saltwater Creek Rd.
Cancellation Policy
1. Charges must be paid by cash bank cheque or credit before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made.
2. Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on your booking confirmation.
3. The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest together will all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the accommodation and its contents or the property caused by any Guest.
4. The villa must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
5. A maximum of 2 Guests may stay in the villa overnight.
6. The entire property is for adults over the age of 18 only and as such children will be not allowed entry.
7. No animals or pets are to be bought onto the property or villa.
8. Smoking is prohibited within the villa
9. Seclude is not liable for any damage or loss of property which a Guest may sustain while on the property.
10. Any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The property must be vacated if after receiving a warning any Guest fails to comply.
11. If a booking is cancelled the deposit will be refunded less a $50 administration fee if at least 28 days??? notice is given.
12. Cancellations with less than 28 days??? notice or "no shows" will result in the loss of deposit.
13. If there is a change in dates which shortens the original booking the original booking cost will still apply Any changes to extend the stay dates utilising the original dates booked will not be penalised. Changes in stay dates which do not utilise the original dates booked will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the standard cancellation policy above. There are no refunds or credits issued for early departures
14. The Manager may inspect the villa at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.
15. The Manager is not responsible for any misdescription of the villa.
