Cancellation Policy
Reservations from 1st February to 23rd December - A minimum of 48 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. All cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit full payment.
A 5% surcharge applies to all refunds that are valid. (excludes long weekends public holidays and group reservations).
Reservations from 24th December to 31st January - A minimum of 7 days notice is required by this property for cancellations. All cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit full payment.

Long Weekends Public Holidays and Group Reservations (two or more rooms) - A minimum of 7 days notice is required by this property for cancellations. All cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit full payment.
