Greenwell Point is just 2 1/2 hours south of Sydne'y CBD and east of Canberra and is famous for it's world class fishing and oysters. If you're keen on fishing then you will appreciate being able to park your boat next to or under your cabin, and that your cabin is across from the new boat ramp, and that Crookhaven Estuary leads to some of the best fishing spots NSW has to offer.

Once here you may choose to stay put & soak up the scenery or indulge in what the area has to offer. Drive less than 20 min to beaches with crystal turquoise waters & the whitest sand in the world or choose a surf beach. Or go inland along hardly used dirt roads to explore the many wineries and charming townships.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival (14-28 days for group bookings or during summer peak period). The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival (14-28 days for group bookings of for summer peak period). If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.

Maximum of 2 dogs per room type no fee charged but subject to strict conditions.

$50 Cleaning fee applies per stay to be paid at time of booking.

Rates are for 2 pax per night. Please advise clients $30 per extra person per night subject to max per room type. Exception is for House bookings (rate inclusive of up to 7 people).

From the Princes Highway, turn on to Kalandar St at the Archer Resort (it becomes Greenwell Point Road after 900m). Continue on Greenwell Point Road through lovely dairy country . Enter Greenwell Point, drive past the local shops down toward the waters of the Crookhaven Estuary. South Coast Retreat is opposite the local children's park and main wharf.
