Deposit / Payment Policy
Synergy Broadbeach does not charge any fees for transactions made by credit or debit cards for Mastercard or Visa. A 2.95% surcharge applies to guests making payment by American Express Card. To secure a booking in LOW and MID Season a deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking - Final payment will be processed 7 days prior to arrival unless otherwise stated. (Earlier if the 7th day falls on a weekend or public holiday). To secure a booking in HIGH Season a deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking - Final payment will be processed 30 Days prior to arrival unless otherwise stated. HIGH SEASON: 24 December 2018 – 11 January 2019 1 – 7 April 2019 24 December 2019 – 10 January 2020

Cancellation Policy
Low/Mid Season Full refund if cancelled or amended more than 7 days prior to arrival. $200 Deposit at time of booking. No refund if cancelled or amended 7 days or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no show High Season (24 December 2018 – 11 January 2019 1 – 7 April 2019 24 December 2019 – 10 January 2020) Full refund if cancelled or amended more than 30 days prior to arrival. $500 Deposit required at time of booking. No refund if cancelled or amended 30 days or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no show.

Please note in addition to any deposit Synergy Broadbeach requires a pre-authorisation of $200.00 by credit card on your arrival at the resort for any miscellaneous charges and key security for ALL room types.

All Advanced Purchase and Special Offer rate plans are non-refundable. No cancellations or modifications are permitted on these rate plans.
