PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 20% of total booking value. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Security bond required: $1 000 refundable cash deposit. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees apply. 20% deposit is non-refundable. If cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of booking value. If the property can be re-booked for the same dates and same value a refund is provided minus a $50 admin fee. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
