Cancellation Policy
Amendments or cancellations to our Flexible Rate reservations can be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night’s cancellation fee. In the event of a non-arrival cancellation or change after 2:00pm two days prior to arrival a fee equal to the first nights’ accommodation will be charged to the nominated credit card on file.
In the event your booking requires full pre-payment including any Seasonal Sale no cancellation or amendments are available and is 100% non-refundable non-transferable.
