Follow Sheridan St for about 5 mins from Cairns towards the airport and turn left in Greenslopes St. At your first roundabout, turn right into the complex.
Cancellation Policy
ARRIVALS: Check in time 2.00pm
Upon arrival, each guest will be required to sign registration forms, and accept the terms and conditions therein of his/her stay. Failing to advise management of extra persons sleeping the apartment will give management the right to charge an extra person fee of $35.00.
EARLY ARRIVALS: We will endeavour to arrange an early check in for guests arriving from overseas or interstate, however the previous guest is not required to check out until 10.00am and the apartment must be thoroughly cleaned prior to the next guest.
LATE ARRIVALS: Please contact reception +61 0740539 400 for check in procedures if arriving after 6.00pm Monday - Friday or 2pm Saturday & Sunday
DEPARTURES: Check out time 10.00am
On Check out, please return your key and check with reception for any outstanding amounts on apartment.
If departing before 8.00am please settle your account the day before.
LOST OR UNRETURNED KEYS: are charged @ $50.00 each per key, $10.00 each per tag and $50.00 per fob/swipe. Garage remote $65.00/Safe Keys will incur a $250.00 replacement fee.
You are responsible to leave your apartment with dishes cleaned (left clean in dishwasher acceptable) & rubbish removed. A cleaning charge of $250.00 will apply if your apartment is left in an unacceptable manner.
LATE CHECK OUT: Subject to availability - $20.00 per hour/after 12.00pm full night rate is charged.
NO SMOKING: SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE APARTMENT OR POOL AREA. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN EXTRA CLEANING CHARGE TO DEODORISE THE APARTMENT;
EXCESSIVE NOISE AND FUNCTIONS;
Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. In the event management is called to settle the disruption, the management have the right to ask you to leave the premises.
