PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 50% of total booking value. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees apply. Within 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of booking value. Within 7 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of booking value. For stays between 15 December to 15 January the following cancellation fees apply. Within 60 days prior to arrival - 50% of each night booked. Within 30 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of each night booked. OTHER TERMS: This operator has a strict no party policy. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
