Guests at The Residence will receive a complimentary bottle of Schubert Estate Wine on arrival, and complimentary wine tasting in the Wine Room nextdoor.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 48 hours of making a booking, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled check-in, you will also receive a full refund.
If you cancel less than 14 days but more than 7 days before your scheduled check-in, you will also receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel less than 7 days before your scheduled check in, your reservation payments are non-refundable
Early check in and late check out
Depending on availability, early check ins or late check outs may be arranged. However, early check ins can only be confirmed the day prior to arrival, and late check outs the day prior to departure.
If cancelled 0 - 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited / If cancelled 0 - 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be forfeited
If amended 0 - 14 days before arrival, 25% of the total amount will be forfeited
