Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Bookings are not confirmed until the payment is received from the customer (customer – participant on the tour)
Cancellation policy applies to all clients (client – the person who books and confirms the booking with Tour South)
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or in case or no show.
A cancellation fee of 20% applies for cancellations or booking changes made less than 14 days in advance.
A 10% fee will be charged for cancellation or booking changes more than 14 days prior to departure date.
Participation entirely at own risk, with full indemnity toTour South.
Bookings are subject to minimum numbers.
Tour South reserves the right to offer an alternate trip or alternate date if the trip is cancelled by us.
On purchase of a tour No refunds will be given unless the trip is cancelled by Tour South.
All bookings must be paid in full to confirm booking unless stated or agreed otherwise.
Tour South offer deferrals or alternative dates on a case by case basis.
Guests must be at the departure point at least 15 minutes before departure time.
Please Note - If your tour is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions or mechanical breakdown you will receive a full refund of your tour price if postponement/rescheduling is not suitable. We do not cover for accommodation or travel expenses, so we do recommend you to seek an appropriate type of travel insurance.
COVID-19 Health And Hygiene:
In relation to the current social distancing measures put in place by governments to curb the current coronavirus outbreak, we would like our customers to know that we have implemented strict measures to adhere to the requirements. We will be deep cleaning all hire vehicle interiors with Dettol between each trip. Offering online check-in for reading and signing of contract/waivers to reduce paper handling etc.
