This beautifully presented white sandstone and red brick Bungalow was built in 1935 and is located within walking distance of the main street of Tanunda.

The grand entrance to this home is impressive and leads you through the glass door entrance and hallway which is of grand proportions (which is to be expected in a home of this era). As you enter the front hallway the ornate dome and chandeliers are stunning and gives you a glimpse of what is still to come....

With three large bedrooms that flow from the main hallway, two with ornate fireplaces and original features including the window box seat in the master king size bedroom. Two bathrooms both with underfloor heating plus, one bathroom has a large shower and the other has a bath tub with shower over, each bathroom has a toilet.

The home has been painted in neutral tones which accentuates the dark wooden features surrounding the windows, skirting boards and woodwork throughout the house.
The ornate features of the house continue into the lounge area which also flows through from the hallway to this light filled room with its large box seat under the main window. With a large slow combustion heater for keeping you warm during the winter months and the original stained glass doors and ornate fireplace this room reminds you of the grandeur of the home.

Located centrally within the house is the dining room with the fourth ornate fire place. The dinning room flows directly to the kitchen.

Cancellation Policy

Strict cancellation policies apply. Any cancellation will incur a $50 (incl GST) cancellation fee. Cancellations notified less than 28 days and more than 14 days prior to the booking may receive a refund once a replacement booking of equal or greater value is secured. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the arrival date will forfeit the full payment. Any other changes to booking dates will incur a $50 amendment fee. No changes may be made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date.
The administration fee on refunds is AU$50.00
