Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE: If booking the "Early Bird Pre-Payment Special" the full quoted tariff will be taken as a deposit.

**Please Note that the Reception closes at 5pm Weekdays and Noon Weekends and public holidays. If you are checking in outside these hours you need to contact office to arrange instructions on how to access your key. Once final payment you will have access to collect your key from the electronic safe located at front of office.

CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT & PAYMENT POLICY
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Peak Periods
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period then a refund may be made back to the guest.

Please note that the balance of accommodation will charged to your nominated credit card 14 days prior to arrival date (30 Days in Peak Periods).

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend all our guests to have an appropriate level of travel insurance. Travel insurance can be arranged by various means.

Unless otherwise advised by you in writing immediately acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed.
