Cancellation Policy
We understand that for many varied reasons plans sometimes have to be changed and altered. However from the time that you make your booking with us we commit your places and hold them for you. This means that should someone else want to go on the tour you are booked on we may not be able to take that person/s on the tour. Therefore we ask you to please understand that should you cancel your tour you may be charged a cancellation fee. This is one reason why we recommend purchasing travel insurance as a part of your trip planning.
If a customer makes a request to cancel the booking the following guidelines will take place. Customer retains the right to cancel any booking without penalty more than 10 days before departure. If a cancellation is requested between 10 and 3 days prior to tour date the customer will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of total booking. If cancellation is requested less than 3 days before tour date the customer will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total booking. Any cancellation requests made within 24 hours of tour departure including failure to meet at requested departure point and time – no right to refund
